  • What if the real estate market crashes?

    We work with the real estate exclusively in the countries with stable economy. Housing stock in all the key cities, such as: New York, Tokyo, Paris, Prague, Barcelona, London, etc., are the least impacted by economic cycles, crises, and other impending market fluctuations. If they are compared to the general tendency of price decrease in case of crisis, real estate prices don’t go down in the central parts of country’s capitals with more stable economy, they just stumble.

  • How is stable exchange rate guaranteed?

    Trust-X TRX token has a stable exchange rate because it is 100% secured on fixed assets. Absence of the exchange rate volatility allows securing a stable, steadily growing value. Growth can slow down, because of the market cycle, but it won’t stop.

  • Who is the Protector?

    The Protector guarantees accordance to the Statute and legitimacy of actions. They can be lawyers, collegial body, and Protector has a notarial right to stop actions or recall the Trustee in case of violating his position’s rights and duties, which are expressed in the public Statute.

  • Who is a Beneficiary?

    Trust-X beneficiaries are TRX token holders, educational projects and projects, aiming at the general blockchain technology development.

  • Who is the Trustee?

    The Trustee is a structure, which will act on behalf of Trust-X and manage it, regulate its work. The Trustee acts exclusively with the purpose of securing and multiplication the trust’s assets. It bears criminal responsibility, and responsibility with all the trust’s property for actions that violate the main purpose of trust’s existence, which is expressed in the public Statute. The Trustee can be any company licensed by the Central bank investment with managing experience more than 10 years.

  • What is Blockchain Vote Technology?

    As token owners are not trust’s stockholders, Blockchain Vote Technology gives them an opportunity to efficiently influence the fund’s assets management. The Trustee ought to act in accordance with the decisions that have been made within established beneficiary voting, community members. This duty has been stipulated in the trust’s Statute and has to be executed juridically.

  • Why this project needs blockchain?

    The price for 1 token is €1, you can buy any amount of tokens. Within pre-sale and pre-ICO, and ICO there is a possibility to purchase tokens at the minimal discounted price.

  • What can I do with the tokens?

    Tokens can be: exchanged between market members on the stock market, used as a payment for using real estate, converted into real estate items, bought back on the Trust-X platform at the price, that is calculated on the assets value basis. Tokens can be used as a payment instrument and instrument for securing assets.

  • Is there a guarantee, that I will be able to convert tokens into square meters or pay with them?

    Ethereum smart contracts guarantee a fair payment distribution.
